By using Convertor, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Convertor provides free, browser-based file conversion tools (image, PDF, video, audio, document and utility tools). There's no sign-up and no payment required to use any tool. Features, file size limits and available tools may change at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Convertor to:

• Upload or process files you don't have the legal right to use
• Upload illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to hammer the service outside of normal, reasonable use

We reserve the right to block or rate-limit access for anyone who violates these terms.

Your files

You retain full ownership of anything you upload and anything Convertor produces for you. We claim no rights over your files. As explained in ourPrivacy Policy, uploaded files and results are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour, so please download your result promptly and keep your own backup of anything important.

No warranty

Convertor is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or produce a perfect result for every file. Some conversions (for example, complex document layouts) may not preserve every detail of the original file. Use the service at your own risk, and always keep a copy of your original files before converting them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertor and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including lost files, lost time, or lost business, whether or not we were aware such loss was possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use Convertor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
